Amesbury has delivered Connectivity Reports on over seventy properties across the country.
Connectivity Reports make cool 'sales' tools.
They make a property look good by showing the fiber around it. Dark fiber, business resilience and latency can be addressed. Connectivity Reports enable tenants to make informed decisions

Connectivity Reports can be expanded to cover any area of connectivity:
OSP (outside plant), PoEs (points of entry) photographic survey. Rights of Way(s) used and OSP type. PoE and Zero manhole configuration placement. Construction options, costs and timeframes.
Site visit and work in the field
Amesbury conducts OSP 'walk & drive outs' to verify routes and identify RoWs and assets. Access to the building, including the roof is important. Site and floor plans are helpful, as is talking to employees who are familiar with the building. Amesbury meets with the carrier's local contacts, construction companies and permitting people. Many of these meetings are held on site and clients are welcome to join.
Line of Site survey
Line of site surveys are a series of digital photographs that show the views from the roof around the compass rose. A more detailed roof survey can be included. This information is key in evaluating the placement of fixed wireless, WLAN and WMAX equipment. A microwave or free space optics link can provide an additional level of diversity to a site, as well as being considerably faster and cheaper than fiber to deploy.
